Responsibilities
Design and develop slides and instructor guides for live online training focused on data and AI topics. Customize curriculum with relevant examples and case studies per client needs. Create interactive exercises and assignments to enhance learner engagement and hands-on experience. Develop workbooks and guidelines supporting capstone projects. Review and improve materials from subject matter experts. Iterate lessons based on feedback from instructors and learners. Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure quality delivery across multiple programs. Standardize workflows and templates while allowing flexibility for client-specific adaptations. Analyze program data to monitor outcomes and develop key performance indicators. Coordinate resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Design, Business, or related field. Experience designing courses for adult learners, preferably in corporate training settings related to data and AI. Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent project management capabilities with attention to detail. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project; ability to quickly learn new tools. Certifications like PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL are advantageous but not required.
