Responsibilities
Manage daily logistics activities including deliveries, storage, waste handling, and internal site access. Ensure work fronts are accessible and site areas are properly zoned. Coordinate snagging activities across disciplines and verify room readiness prior to installations and system handovers. Collaborate with subcontractors, quality assurance, health and safety, and commissioning teams. Maintain an organized, clean, and disciplined site presence.
Qualifications
A technical diploma or bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant on-site experience, preferably within industrial or data center construction projects. Proven ability to coordinate logistics and sequencing to support site progress. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and adept at problem solving. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Experience with digital site tools and knowledge of room readiness or snagging activities is advantageous.
