Responsibilities
Manage and optimize logistics operations including warehouse management, goods reception, kitting and shipping to ensure efficient physical and system flows. Lead and develop logistics teams while fostering a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility. Oversee ERP system implementation and data accuracy, monitor logistics performance indicators, manage budgets according to delegation rules, and support transformation initiatives for future project requirements.
Qualifications
A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management in an industrial or manufacturing context. Leadership experience in fast-paced operational environments. Proficiency with ERP systems and knowledge of supply chain and material planning. Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills. Fluent English communication is required; Norwegian is an advantage but not mandatory.
