Responsibilities
Design and fine-tune Large Language Models using advanced techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning, Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning, Direct Preference Optimization, and Proximal Policy Optimization. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance AI-driven information retrieval. Prepare and curate datasets for training and model evaluation. Convert and optimize AI models for scalable production deployment. Collaborate across teams to build and deploy robust deep learning solutions addressing healthcare challenges. Stay current with advancements in LLMs and AI engineering best practices to enhance model performance and reliability.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in production-grade software engineering and deep learning. A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields; Master's or Ph.D. preferred. Proven expertise with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning and optimization. Proficient with Axolotl framework and Transformer-based architectures. Experienced with PyTorch and familiar with serving technologies such as vLLM, Text Generation Inference, and llama.cpp. Knowledgeable about model quantization and optimizing performance for constrained environments. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for distributed teamwork. Passionate about AI innovation and impactful machine learning applications.
