Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets while offering tailored product advice and exceptional customer service. Maintain the make-up counter's appearance and stock levels according to brand guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues and management to support in-store events and uphold high visual merchandising standards. Handle cashiering duties and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Candidates should have qualifications or demonstrable experience in make-up artistry, preferably with retail cosmetics experience. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian) and English, both spoken and written, is required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail setting, including varied hours such as days, nights, weekends, and special events, is essential.
