Responsibilities
Manage and lead client onboarding projects end-to-end, coordinating between sales, technical, legal, and delivery teams. Oversee project timelines and resources, ensure contract and security specification accuracy, communicate progress internally, provide post-onboarding support, and continuously seek improvements in process and delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum three years' experience in project or program management, preferably within managed security services or cybersecurity. Understanding of security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems. Strong communication skills and experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall. Certifications like Prince II, PMP, or ITIL are advantageous. A proactive problem solver and effective team player is preferred.
