Seeking a Manager for Enterprise Solutions in Oslo to lead strategic ERP, CRM, and SCM projects for clients undergoing digital transformation. Responsibilities
Lead large-scale ERP/CRM/SCM projects and manage multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with clients’ senior leadership to develop and implement solution strategies and rollout plans within complex IT landscapes. Prepare proposals for major enterprise transformation projects. Participate actively in internal leadership and practice group activities to drive the Enterprise Solutions practice forward.
Qualifications
A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or related field with over 6 years of experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects. In-depth methodological knowledge of implementation approaches and toolsets, including business case management and process modeling. Practical understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and modern data-driven architectures. Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in one Nordic language (preferably Norwegian) and English.
