Job summary
Seeking Mechanical Engineers at junior to senior levels to design and deliver mechanical systems for large-scale data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects in Norway. Work involves HVAC, cooling, piping, pumps, and thermal system design within multidisciplinary international teams. The role requires strong English communication and experience with relevant mechanical engineering standards and design software.

Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling, piping, pumps, and thermal systems. Prepare and verify mechanical calculations, schematics, drawings, and technical documentation. Coordinate mechanical design activities with electrical, structural, civil, and other engineering disciplines. Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, ASHRAE, and local standards. Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and risk assessments. Support project delivery phases, documentation, and liaise with clients. For senior roles, provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, manage design activities, and oversee project deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. For junior roles, 3–5 years of mechanical design experience; for senior roles, 5–10 years with substantial involvement in large-scale projects. Sound knowledge of HVAC, cooling, piping, pumps, and thermal systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or comparable design software. Familiarity with ASME, ISO, and ASHRAE standards. Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or other complex engineering projects is highly desirable. Fluency in English for effective communication.
