Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical support for Gate Rudder engineering projects. Define Bill of Materials structures and create technical drawings. Develop mechanical product expertise and contribute to Gate Rudder product development. Support sales and engineering teams with best technical bids and sketches. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt responsibilities according to skills and workload.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Advantageous to have rudder system knowledge and familiarity with design, operation, installation, or maintenance of relevant marine products. Must possess strong team cooperation skills, be structured, analytical, proactive, flexible, and have excellent technical problem-solving and reporting skills. Customer-focused with a service-oriented and safety-conscious mindset.
