Job summary
This role involves managing and coordinating specialist vendor-led packages within large construction projects, ensuring the integration and timely delivery of mechanical, electrical, IT, and security systems. The position focuses on overseeing installation sequences, quality and compliance, and supporting commissioning and handover processes in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Norwegian is not specified.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all specialist packages onsite, including mechanical, security, BMS, fire, ICT/fiber, AV, and vendor-installed systems. Serve as the main interface between vendors, multidisciplinary teams, and commissioning agents. Plan installation schedules to prevent conflicts and support project milestones. Monitor progress, address risks and delays promptly, and resolve scope or design issues. Ensure all installations meet project specifications and quality standards. Support factory and site acceptance testing, integrated systems testing, and phased handovers. Maintain documentation, certifications, and traceability for all packages. Enforce site health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure vendor compliance.
Qualifications
Relevant technical trade background or degree/HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Demonstrated experience managing specialist or vendor-led packages on large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, IT, and security systems, plus expertise in coordination, scheduling, and commissioning integration. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and construction management software is expected. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Fluency in English is required.
