Seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to lead mechanical system delivery on a large-scale data centre construction project in Norway. Responsibilities
Oversee complete mechanical package delivery from design and installation through testing and commissioning. Coordinate and lead subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work meets quality, program, and safety standards. Conduct inspections, address technical challenges, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Drive safety improvements and foster a collaborative working culture on-site.
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. At least 5 years experience managing mechanical packages, preferably in large-scale construction or mission-critical environments such as data centres or industrial facilities. Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC and plumbing relevant to data centre projects. Proficient in project and construction management software. Fluent in English with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
