Seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to lead mechanical system delivery on a large-scale data centre construction project in Norway. The role involves overseeing installation through commissioning, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and resolving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage all mechanical works throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring design, installation, testing, and commissioning meet requirements. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, monitor performance and productivity, and foster a safety-conscious culture. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Resolve mechanical and engineering issues, review and approve designs, and support teams technically. Drive safe execution of activities, halting work if safety concerns arise and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience managing mechanical packages on large construction projects, preferably in mission-critical or data centre environments. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, construction methods, safety standards, and industry regulations. Experience with project management and construction software. Fluent in English with strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
