Job summary
Seeking a Media Inject and Platform Manager to support NATO Joint Warfare Centre exercises by overseeing media simulation content. The role involves managing exercise media content on simulation platforms, ensuring coordination and synchronization of media injects, and maintaining quality control throughout NATO training events. The position requires strong content management, data analysis skills, and familiarity with digital media tools, supporting complex multinational military exercises.

Responsibilities
Review exercise media plans and content prior to events, ensuring all media injects have complete and accurate information. Coordinate approval workflows for media content and schedule postings on media simulation platforms. Manage upload of news articles, images, videos, and documents according to exercise timelines. Monitor media platforms for functionality and quality, addressing issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate assigned tasks with support staff. Collect and report media inject statistics for daily and end-of-exercise briefings. Support archiving of media content into libraries for future reference.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education required. Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational website or database management with expertise in digital journalism and social media content systems. Proven ability to analyze large data sets using professional data management tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Business-level proficiency in English. Must hold valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
