This role involves managing media activities within NATO-related joint military exercises, focusing on coordinating and posting content to media simulation platforms to enhance exercise realism and impact. The position requires expertise in media content management, digital journalism, and data analysis to support critical exercise operations in a timely and synchronized manner.

Responsibilities
Prior to exercises, review scenario documentation and media guidelines to understand the exercise media framework and procedures. Ensure media injects are complete, approved, and scheduled appropriately. Upload and coordinate multimedia content on designated platforms according to schedule, monitoring platform functionality and content quality throughout the exercise. Communicate with content authors and technical staff to resolve issues, coordinate tasks with support personnel, collect media statistics, and participate actively in daily briefings and relevant meetings. Support archiving exercise media content into established libraries.
Qualifications
A minimum of three years' experience managing organizational websites or databases with a focus on digital journalism and social media, proficient in professional online content management systems. At least three years' experience analyzing large datasets using professional data tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Post-secondary education is required. Business English proficiency is essential. A valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance is mandatory.
