This role is responsible for leading and executing medical affairs strategies in the cardiovascular field within Nordic countries, with possible support in women’s health. The advisor engages with scientific leaders and key decision makers to promote scientific exchange, support commercial and medical teams, and contribute to medical education and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement country-specific medical affairs plans under therapeutic area guidance, focusing primarily on cardiovascular and occasionally on women's health. Build and maintain trust with external scientific communities through peer interactions, education, publications, and collaborations with health organizations. Provide therapeutic training to internal teams and affiliate functions. Organize and lead expert forums and medical educational programs. Translate global medical strategies into local tactics to improve patient outcomes and access. Support commercial teams with scientific and medical information and ensure non-promotional communication aligns with regulations. Collect and analyze actionable scientific insights and collaborate on resolving regulatory queries. Uphold ethical standards in providing balanced and scientific information while adapting tactical plans to business needs.
Qualifications
Medical degree such as MD, PhD in health sciences, PharmD, or equivalent required. At least two years' experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry guidelines, regulatory and reimbursement frameworks, and clinical research standards essential. Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English is mandatory. Preferred experience includes scientific expertise in women’s health and demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.
