Seeking a technically skilled MEP Engineer to support delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing packages on complex data centre construction projects in Norway. Responsibilities
Assist in managing and delivering assigned MEP packages including reviewing drawings and technical documents. Coordinate between MEP, structural, architectural, and specialist teams and help resolve technical and interface issues. Support design reviews, BIM coordination, and track design changes. Monitor installation progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Support testing, commissioning, and prepare handover documentation. Maintain technical records, package trackers, and contribute to reporting and project controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering within construction, preferably including data centre or mission-critical projects. Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, and familiar with construction processes and industry standards. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
