Job summary
Seeking an experienced MEP Package Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing packages for large-scale data centre projects in Norway. The role involves managing the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence while coordinating multiple stakeholders using BIM platforms and applying technical expertise in building systems.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of allocated MEP packages from design and procurement through installation, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate design reviews and integration with other building disciplines. Support procurement and manage subcontractor performance. Supervise site construction, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards and contribute to risk management and operational readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field. Minimum 7-10 years' experience managing MEP delivery for large construction projects such as data centres or industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, proficiency in BIM software, and understanding of international building codes. Demonstrated leadership, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.
