Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AI video production including concept development, prompt engineering, editing, compositing, and final sequence delivery. Utilize current AI video generation tools to create consistent visual content. Independently manage creative and technical decisions, maintain style and character consistency, and incorporate feedback for iterative improvements. Share insights and workflow enhancements with the research and development team. Continuously experiment to refine AI workflows and delivery quality.
Qualifications
Minimum four years of professional experience in video production, visual effects, or digital art with proven mid-level expertise. Proficient in generative AI video tools and prompt engineering, with a portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video projects. Skilled in video editing and compositing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. Comfortable managing explicit NSFW content as needed. Strong English communication skills and ability to implement feedback effectively. Additional experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, 3D/VFX, color grading, model training, and Photoshop is beneficial but not mandatory.
