Responsibilities

- Provide robust strategic situational awareness and intelligence support for NATO exercises. - Develop and tailor intelligence scenarios aligning with training objectives. - Analyze and interpret operational environments to advise on intelligence aspects. - Update exercise documents and intelligence products throughout exercise cycles. - Produce meeting notes and coordinate intelligence information flow. - Act as subject matter expert on special operations forces and non-linear warfare intelligence. - Support the production of daily intelligence updates and strategic assessments. - Liaise with training audiences to supply relevant intelligence and feedback. - Participate in exercise control meetings and contribute to after-action feedback and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of recent experience working as a strategic or operational intelligence analyst in a National or NATO command setting. - Expertise in special operations or counterterrorism/counterinsurgency intelligence. - Completion of NATO or equivalent national intelligence and analysis courses. - Knowledge of NATO targeting processes, intelligence warning systems, and sensor capabilities. - Experience briefing senior leaders in multinational environments. - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and intelligence management systems including INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, BICES. - Possession of a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. - Business proficiency in English; Norwegian language skills not required.
