Responsibilities
Provide strategic-level situational awareness and intelligence expertise to exercise control for NATO operational training events. Develop tailored scenario intelligence materials and updates during exercises. Support the training audience by accurately delivering scenario-related intelligence and advising on adversary strategies, doctrines, and tactics. Monitor and analyze training audience activities to adapt and improve exercise outcomes. Coordinate intelligence updates and assessments with internal and external subject matter experts. Participate in exercise control meetings and provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications
At least three years' recent experience as an intelligence analyst at the strategic or operational level within a national or NATO command environment. Completion of NATO or equivalent national intelligence courses including intelligence, analyst, information and resource management, and intelligence warning system training. Practical knowledge of NATO sensor capabilities, targeting processes, and intelligence warning systems. Experience briefing senior leaders in multinational contexts. Proficient in Microsoft Office and intelligence functional systems such as INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES. Business-level English skills and valid national or NATO Secret security clearance.
