Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include developing and tailoring intelligence scenario materials to meet training objectives, analyzing operational environments, producing daily intelligence updates, and ensuring that exercise scenarios accurately reflect current adversary doctrines and tactics. The analyst will attend coordination meetings, provide timely feedback to exercise control, support all-source fusion of intelligence disciplines, and brief senior leaders. The role requires close interaction with training audiences and adapting content dynamically throughout exercise phases.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of three years' recent experience as an intelligence analyst at the national or NATO strategic or operational level, with a focus on air and space operations. Completion of NATO or equivalent intelligence courses is required, including NATO Intelligence Course and Intelligence Warning System training. Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with NATO sensor capabilities, targeting processes, and operational environments. Experience briefing senior leaders, proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant intelligence systems (INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, BICES), and holding a valid NATO or national Secret security clearance are mandatory.
