Job summary
This role supports a NATO-affiliated training center in Norway by providing maritime-focused military intelligence analysis. The position involves creating realistic strategic and operational intelligence scenarios for large-scale joint exercises to enhance NATO forces' preparedness and interoperability. The analyst will deliver expert intelligence support, refine exercise content, and contribute to key intelligence updates during NATO training events.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive strategic situational awareness and develop intelligence scenarios aligning with exercise objectives. Support exercise participants by delivering tailored maritime intelligence materials and feedback. Analyze operational environments and update intelligence documentation throughout exercises. Participate in coordination meetings, produce relevant reports and minutes, and advise on adversary doctrine and tactics. Act as a maritime intelligence liaison to training audiences and contribute to continuous improvement of NATO exercise intelligence processes.
Qualifications
Minimum three years' recent experience as an intelligence analyst at a national or NATO strategic or operational command level, with specific knowledge of maritime military intelligence. Completion of NATO or equivalent intelligence courses including Intelligence, Analyst, IRM & CM, and Intelligence Warning System training. Proven experience briefing senior leaders, familiarity with NATO intelligence systems (INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, BICES), and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Business-level proficiency in English is required. Valid national or NATO Secret security clearance must be held.
