Seeking an experienced military logistics professional to provide expert guidance and realistic representation of a nation's logistics infrastructure during NATO training exercises in Stavanger, Norway. Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on military logistics specific to the affected nation within the exercise scenario. Act as the primary point of contact for logistical matters during exercise planning and execution. Coordinate military logistics activities within the nation and exercise control team. Analyze and interpret scenario documentation to ensure realistic logistics representation. Assist in developing logistic operation concepts and scenario materials. Support training audiences with logistical planning and monitor exercise progress to adapt scenarios as needed. Participate in coordination meetings and produce supporting documentation such as agendas and minutes. Offer recommendations to improve exercise authenticity and support NATO doctrine integration.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years’ experience within the past ten years at a rank equivalent to OF4 or higher in a national or international military logistics branch. Experience briefing senior leaders and leading logistics planning in operational or strategic headquarters. Demonstrated knowledge of military and civil logistics integration. Education at bachelor’s degree or staff college level. Proficiency in business English. Hold a valid national or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
