Job summary
This role involves supporting large NATO military exercises by creating and managing adversarial media content to simulate opponent information operations. The position requires expertise in military strategic communications, experienced media content creation across various platforms, and active participation in exercise scripting and execution phases. The work is primarily based in Stavanger, Norway, with potential remote support, and includes dynamic media role-playing and coordination with multiple exercise stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate adversarial media content based on exercise scenarios to support strategic communication objectives. Review exercise materials and collaborate with media and operational teams to plan and execute media injects for multiple outlets including TV, online, and social media. Actively role-play as an opposing force journalist conducting interviews and press conferences during exercises. Manage media inject scheduling and tracking, edit content for consistency and relevance, and dynamically respond to exercise developments by creating timely strategic news and social media outputs. Participate in meetings and crisis teams to align media efforts with exercise goals and provide daily input to exercise media reports and analyses.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of recent professional experience (within the last 10 years) supporting military strategic communications including public affairs, information operations, or psychological operations with demonstrated capability in producing print, broadcast, and social media content. Experience in operational-level military exercises within the last decade. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Possession of a portfolio showcasing at least 5 examples of relevant published military public affairs or information operations media content. Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience related to current affairs, media, or military information domains. Business-level fluency in English. Ability to obtain or hold a valid national or NATO Secret security clearance.
