Job summary

This role supports NATO's Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger, Norway, by providing strategic and operational intelligence expertise during joint military training exercises. Responsibilities

Develop and tailor intelligence scenarios aligned with exercise and training objectives; deliver strategic situational awareness and intelligence assessments; support exercise control by providing realistic intelligence problem sets and timely feedback; coordinate with training audiences and intelligence disciplines to maintain scenario relevance; produce documentation including agendas, meeting minutes, and daily intelligence updates; act as a subject matter expert representing NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre operational and strategic intelligence; participate in meetings and provide guidance on intelligence doctrine and adversary tactics; assist in reviewing and improving exercise processes and documentation throughout the exercise lifecycle.

Qualifications

At least 3 years recent experience as an intelligence analyst at NATO or national strategic or operational command levels; completion of NATO or equivalent courses in intelligence analysis, information requirements management, crisis management, and intelligence warning; familiarity with NATO sensor capabilities across domains, targeting processes, and intelligence operating environment frameworks; experience briefing senior leaders in multinational settings; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and NATO intelligence functional systems such as INTEL-FS, TOPFAS, and BICES; business-level English language skills; holding a valid national or NATO Secret security clearance.
