Responsibilities

Develop and script non-linear opposing force scenarios using Joint Exercise Management Module and Link Analysis tools. Collaborate in planning workshops and exercise execution to ensure scenarios align with operational concepts. Coordinate with various exercise control cells and support dynamic content adjustment during exercises. Provide expert advice on hybrid threat implications and support incident development and resolution during NATO training events. Prepare reports and support battle damage assessment activities when required.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years recent military or civilian experience in operational intelligence or special forces, with at least 3 years at a senior level (equivalent to OF3/OF4 rank or civilian equivalent). Experience with Link Analysis software (I-Base, I2) is essential. Higher education in intelligence, law, international affairs or related fields preferred. Must have business-level English proficiency and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. Willingness to work on-site in Stavanger, Norway, with occasional travel to NATO sites.
