Job summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Service Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of service contracts across the Nordic region. This role involves managing contracts from creation to renewal using SAP and Oneview, supporting sales teams with pricing and quotations, ensuring service quality follow-up, analyzing contract profitability, and enhancing customer communication processes. The position is based in Oslo and operates primarily in English, with preference for candidates familiar with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
You will take full responsibility for creating, maintaining, and renewing service contracts in SAP and Oneview, with an emphasis on automating renewal processes. Collaborate closely with service managers to set contract pricing and assist sales teams with quotations and strategic sales insights. Manage follow-up activities for service work orders, track completion, and ensure service quality through updated checklists. Generate and analyze key performance indicators and profitability reports to support business decision-making. Streamline and digitalize customer communications regarding contract status and maintenance reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in service contract management, financial controlling, or relevant administrative roles. Strong knowledge of contract management principles and financial analysis. Proficiency using ERP systems such as SAP and CRM platforms like Oneview. Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in any Nordic language is a plus.
