Responsibilities
Provide efficient banquet and bar service during events as part of a team. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handle guest inquiries promptly, support department operations by managing assigned tasks professionally, contribute to achieving department targets, control costs and inventory, comply with legal and internal standards, and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food and beverage service or bartending is preferred but not mandatory. Must demonstrate a proactive, hands-on work attitude and a strong commitment to guest service excellence. Ability to utilize IT systems, communicate effectively, take initiative in task ownership, and maintain personal integrity in a demanding environment.
