Responsibilities
Provide personalized make-up consultations and product recommendations to customers. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals. Maintain a tidy and visually appealing counter according to brand guidelines. Participate in in-store events and support colleagues as needed. Handle cashier duties and ensure customer satisfaction to build loyalty.
Qualifications
Prior experience or qualifications in make-up artistry preferred, though enthusiastic amateurs with strong skills are welcome. Previous retail or cosmetics sales experience an advantage. Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts. Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
