This on-call position involves providing personalized beauty and make-up services in a retail environment, primarily working at a MAC counter. The role requires creativity, excellent customer engagement, and flexibility to cover shifts on short notice in various store locations around Sandvika, Oslo.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by advising and applying appropriate products based on individual needs. Maintain the counter's cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with team members, assist in in-store events, manage cashiering tasks, and strive to meet individual sales targets. Support store activities during peak times, vacations, training periods, or illness.
Qualifications
Relevant make-up artistry qualifications or demonstrable creative and technical skills in make-up application are preferred. Previous retail experience, especially in cosmetics, is advantageous. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English is required for effective communication. Candidates must be able to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and accommodate short-notice scheduling. Strong interpersonal, storytelling, and teamwork skills along with a positive and proactive attitude are essential.
