Seeking a creative and enthusiastic make-up artist to provide personalized beauty services at retail locations in the Oslo area. This on call position supports as-needed cover during vacations, illness, trainings, and peak shopping times. Responsibilities
Deliver tailored make-up services and product advice to customers, meeting individual sales targets. Maintain the retail counter’s appearance and stock while adhering to brand visual standards. Support in-store events and collaborate with team members and management to achieve high standards and customer satisfaction. Handle cashier duties and contribute positively to store operations.
Qualifications
Background in make-up artistry or relevant retail experience in cosmetics, with amateur applicants considered if strong skills are demonstrated. Preferably possess beauty-related certifications. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written, is required. Must be able to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and short-notice shifts. Strong interpersonal skills, independence, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential.
