Responsibilities
Deliver personalized beauty consultations and make-up services to customers, ensuring each has a positive and inspiring experience. Achieve individual sales targets by recommending appropriate products based on customer needs. Maintain counter cleanliness, restock products, and uphold high visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with team members and management to support in-store events and daily operations. Manage cashiering duties and contribute to customer satisfaction and store financial goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in make-up artistry or retail cosmetics is preferred, but applicants with strong creative and technical skills are welcome. Relevant certificates in make-up or beauty are a plus. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written, is required. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment, with availability for flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events. Ability to take shifts on short notice is essential.
