Responsibilities
You will deliver tailored beauty consultations and make-up applications that meet customer needs, achieve individual sales targets, and maintain the tidiness and visual appeal of your counter. Supporting in-store events and aiding colleagues as needed are key aspects, along with handling cashier responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with the team and adherence to brand guidelines are essential.
Qualifications
Applicants should have make-up artistry qualifications or retail experience in cosmetics and preferably beauty certificates. Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is required. You must be able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic retail environment, with availability for flexible retail hours including short-notice shifts.
