Seeking a reliable and detail-focused Operations Assistant to support ecommerce warehouse activities in Oslo. This role centers on precise order handling with delicate jewellery items, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service throughout the fulfilment process. The position involves working part-time on a rotating schedule across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders ensuring quality checks of jewellery items before shipment. Utilize warehouse management and fulfilment software to process orders. Label and package parcels for courier dispatch according to guidelines. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, complying with health and safety protocols especially around valuable items. Collaborate with customer service as needed and handle returns per company procedures. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to work efficiently independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior fulfilment or warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Physically capable of handling lifting, moving, and standing for long periods. Fluency in English is sufficient; Norwegian language skill is not specified as required.
