Responsibilities
Lead all site activities ensuring operational, financial, and customer service goals are met. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage site performance including volume, quality, cost, and efficiency. Engage and develop employees through coaching and feedback. Uphold compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage inventory and support capital planning for equipment and operational improvements. Monitor KPIs and report progress, handling customer complaints and operational issues. Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives and manage HR processes focused on employee engagement and talent development. Communicate effectively across organizational levels and occasionally travel to other sites.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in customer relations, logistics, and operational team management, with knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations. Proficient with business and operational systems. Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, data analysis, and decision-making skills required. Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Norwegian and English, including written and verbal communication, is required.
