Seeking an experienced operations manager to lead tubular running services (TRS) across onshore and offshore locations in Norway and Africa. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, team development, customer engagement, and commercial performance within a technically complex environment. English language proficiency is required; Norwegian is not indicated as a requirement.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of onshore and offshore TRS activities. Develop and motivate operational teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and customer standards. Optimize equipment and resource utilization. Manage and support commercial processes including tenders and contracts. Monitor operational performance, costs, and compliance. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance TRS operational efficiency and safety culture.
Qualifications
Higher education preferably at MSc level or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years in rig or service operations, including TRS or related drilling equipment. Proven leadership experience, ideally within offshore or operational settings. Solid understanding of drilling-related equipment, offshore service delivery, and QHSE standards. Experience with customer management, commercial contracts, and tenders is advantageous. Strong English communication skills are required.
