This part-time position is for a creative and customer-focused Make-up Artist passionate about cosmetics and beauty services, based in Trondheim. Responsibilities
Deliver professional make-up services and personalized customer advice aligned with individual needs. Achieve personal sales targets while upholding the brand's visual merchandising standards. Maintain a tidy and well-stocked retail counter and participate actively in in-store promotional events. Operate cashiering duties and foster customer loyalty through exceptional service. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and report to the Counter Manager.
Qualifications
Possess formal or informal make-up artistry experience with demonstrated creative and technical skills. Prior retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, is desirable. Certification in make-up or beauty is an advantage. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both verbal and written, is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail setting, with availability for varied retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
