Job summary
This role involves providing political-military guidance and support during large-scale NATO exercises conducted at Stavanger, Norway. The position requires producing and delivering simulated political-military documentation and narratives, acting as a liaison between strategic political-military entities and military exercise participants, and assisting with coaching and mentoring at the strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities
Produce and deliver fictitious political-military documents and messaging to support exercise objectives. Develop political-military storylines, incidents, and injects aligned with training goals. Represent and role-play interactions between political-military command structures and military audiences. Provide political advice within the exercise control structure. Assist in coaching and mentoring political advisory staff engaged in training exercises.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years recent experience working in national or NATO commands at political-military or strategic levels with regular interaction with senior executives. Proven ability to author and comprehend advanced English texts reflecting senior-level military and political terminologies. Familiarity with NATO doctrine, crisis management systems, strategic planning, and exercise execution. Experience or rank equivalent to OF-3 or above, preferably OF-5, or a comparable senior military or civilian government position. Higher education degree or senior military/staff college graduation. Valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
