Responsibilities
Develop trusted partnerships with senior technology and business leaders to influence technology and transformation strategies. Originate and win high-impact consulting engagements, focusing on AI, digital technology, and enterprise transformation. Architect and lead complex, multidisciplinary transformation programs across strategy, technology, and organizational change. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality and alignment across projects. Mentor and develop consulting and technical staff while contributing to business growth and thought leadership.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation with a proven track record in leading complex strategy and implementation programs. Relevant academic background in computer science, engineering, business technology, or equivalent industry experience. Experience advising C-suite executives on technology and AI decisions. Strong expertise in modern technology architectures, cloud, data, software platforms, and enterprise AI transformations including governance and responsible AI practices. Excellent communication skills in English and demonstrated commercial acumen.
