Responsibilities
Lead data science direction and strategy for major global services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product evaluation and improvement through AI and analytical methods. Develop metrics, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards for LLM-powered services. Establish best practices for production-quality code and data pipelines, promote AI-powered workflows, influence leadership decisions with data-driven insights, oversee data strategy including governance and Responsible AI, and mentor data science professionals.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant quantitative or computer science field with proven data science experience. Strong background in software engineering and setting technical standards. Experience with large language models and their practical applications, expertise in experimentation and metrics design, familiarity with big data technologies, and proficiency in ML tools such as Python and TensorFlow. Demonstrated leadership in influencing technical direction and mentoring senior data scientists. Security clearance requirements apply.
