Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and development of the load balancer's data plane, control plane, and orchestration tools. Guide the engineering team through design and technical decisions, ensuring high performance and security. Collaborate with product and customer teams to align technology with business goals while maintaining engineering best practices and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with over 5 years of experience in developing load balancing software, preferably in Go. Strong experience with Kubernetes, cloud native workloads, and distributed systems. Preferred knowledge includes Linux system design, security, networking, Linux kernel internals, API design, and a commitment to writing high quality, efficient code. Open-source contributions are a plus.
