Responsibilities
Lead client engagements by building trusted relationships with senior executives such as CIOs and CEOs to shape technology and transformation agendas. Originate and secure substantial consulting opportunities in AI, digital modernization, and enterprise transformation. Architect and oversee large, complex programs, ensuring quality and alignment across stakeholders. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including collaboration across various specialized practices. Support development and mentoring of managers, consultants, architects, and technical leaders, and contribute to strategic growth and market positioning of the consulting practice.
Qualifications
Eight to ten years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation with proven success leading complex strategy and implementation projects. Relevant academic background in computer science, engineering, business technology, or equivalent industry experience. Strong capability in managing senior client relationships and advising executives on technology and AI decisions. Deep knowledge of modern technology architectures, cloud, data platforms, software, and digital operating models. Practical experience in enterprise AI and generative AI transformation projects, including responsible AI and governance. Excellent communication skills in English with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear investment and strategic priorities.
