Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of customer transformation engagements as a trusted advisor, translating executive ambitions into executable blueprints for AI-enabled operating models. Orchestrate cross-functional teams throughout pre-sales and delivery phases, directing design and sequencing of solutions aligned to measurable outcomes. Develop and enforce value-driven architecture decisions, guiding proofs of concept and minimum viable products to validate solution efficacy. Identify and mitigate business and technical risks, collaborating with project managers and account teams. Drive practice development by creating reusable assets and influencing product improvements. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to navigate strategic challenges, providing thought leadership internally and externally.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, plus extensive experience in both business and technology transformation including consulting, digital and AI transformation, and solution shaping. Demonstrated ability to credibly set direction across technical and business domains and orchestrate complex engagements is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
