Lead the creation of scalable and intuitive administrative product experiences that simplify management of complex collaboration technologies. Responsibilities
Design and improve administrative workflows and user interfaces for collaboration technology management. Identify and address usability challenges, promote automation and consistency, and develop prototypes and design patterns that scale across devices and enterprise configurations. Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to align user needs with technical feasibility and business goals. Use user feedback and data to continually refine and enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise or B2B products, especially administrator and hardware-software integrated solutions. Proven track record leading product design from ideation through launch, with a portfolio showcasing at least two shipped products highlighting your role and design thinking process. Preferred experience includes 6+ years in product design focusing on administrator workflows, knowledge of emerging AI technologies and design systems, strong communication skills, and ability to align teams around user-centric and responsible AI-driven design solutions.
