Responsibilities

Develop clear, reliable, and inclusive interaction models for a portfolio of collaboration devices. Translate AI and context-aware automation into practical user experiences. Create scalable prototypes and experience architectures to ensure consistency across various hardware and enterprise services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, product management, research, and data science to align user needs with technical and business objectives. Utilize user insights, telemetry data, and feedback loops to continually improve usability, accessibility, AI behavior, and visual design quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Cognitive Science, or related fields. Proven experience in designing complex enterprise or B2B collaboration products that integrate hardware and software. Demonstrated leadership in product design from initial concept through to launch with a portfolio including at least two shipped projects highlighting problem-solving, design approach, and outcomes. Preferred experience includes over six years in product design for connected devices or intelligent workplace technologies, familiarity with emerging AI technologies such as large language models and multimodal systems, and contribution to design systems or AI experience frameworks. Strong communication skills and visual design expertise are essential.
