Responsibilities
Lead product design from concept through final execution, improve and refine design processes, collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to maintain design consistency, evolve and uphold the company's design system, and effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications
Advanced product design experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions, familiarity with user experience design in insurance, finance, or compliance-regulated industries, proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools, experience with usability testing, strong communication skills to advocate design principles, and the ability to think strategically beyond immediate design tasks.
