Job summary
Seeking an experienced Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences for mobile and web platforms in a mission-driven AI company. The role involves designing intuitive, polished consumer applications that engage millions of users. Responsibilities
Design seamless and attractive customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding flows and interactive features. Manage projects end-to-end from concept through prototyping to final designs. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to implement designs. Utilize user data and feedback to iterate and enhance the product swiftly. Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s design system.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience designing mobile and web products at scale, ideally for B2C audiences with over 200,000 monthly active users. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing excellent taste, thoughtful product design, and finely crafted, user-friendly applications. Strong proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for shipping quality products. Deep user empathy and meticulous attention to design details. Effective communication skills in English. Bonus qualifications include experience with AI-driven or conversational user interfaces, UX research, prompt engineering, and building design systems from the ground up.
