Job summary
Seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join a dynamic supply chain product team. This role involves managing product requirements from initial discovery through to production, ensuring solutions address core customer challenges while supporting continuous iteration based on real-world feedback. The position requires strong technical skills in software engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and a deep understanding of customer workflows in supply chain contexts. Fluency in English is essential; Norwegian language skills are not required.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of product requirements and development cycles end-to-end, including discovery, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance to deliver impactful solutions. Oversee product releases and actively gather and incorporate structured customer feedback to drive iterative improvements. Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to align team priorities with actual customer needs and business outcomes. Serve as a product and industry expert when engaging with customers, challenge assumptions when necessary, and support sales and feasibility assessments. Validate delivered solutions meet customer expectations through ongoing quality evaluations and proactive communication.
Qualifications
Demonstrated strong familiarity with customer challenges and goals across a full product area, coupled with the confidence to advise alternative solutions when evidence suggests a better approach. Experience in designing complex solutions integrating data, AI/ML, user experience, and system integration. Solid software engineering and DevOps capabilities using established frameworks. Comfortable utilizing and promoting AI tools within organizational strategies. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Previous experience working in international teams and strong communication and organizational skills are advantageous.
