Responsibilities
Lead the development of seamless EV charging experiences across customer touchpoints and platforms. Own customer and business problems, prioritize initiatives through data and user insights, and connect product goals to business objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams. Drive change and embed new working models to scale product offerings across Europe. Foster a customer-centric, evidence-based product culture promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering measurable outcomes in product management, preferably with knowledge of EV charging systems and market. Skilled in leading transformation and working across organizational boundaries without formal authority. Strong customer empathy paired with business acumen. Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a growth mindset. Ability to work onsite regularly in Oslo is required. Fluency in Norwegian is necessary given the location and collaboration needs.
