Responsibilities
Operate and adjust production machinery safely as trained or certified; perform operational tasks according to company standards to ensure accuracy and quality; assist with installation and maintenance tasks using detailed instructions; support quality assurance by identifying and reporting non-compliances; follow all safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment; actively contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused work environment; participate in ongoing training and development activities to improve skills and performance.
Qualifications
Completion of high school education (equivalent to 2 GCSEs or similar); no management experience required; prior experience with complex machinery is advantageous but not essential due to training availability. Candidates should be accountable, collaborative, able to prioritize work, and comfortable working with diverse teams.
