Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor reporting inputs from various site disciplines to meet deadlines; maintain structured trackers and SharePoint lists covering progress, risks, and quality; validate data for accuracy and completeness; prepare datasets for dashboards and reports; serve as the on-site contact for digital workflow inquiries; support access to project documentation; attend coordination meetings and manage action item follow-ups; document and enhance reporting routines and templates.
Qualifications
Experience or background in project coordination, data analysis, engineering support, reporting, or digital construction is preferred. Proficiency with structured data and tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI is important. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills to follow up with stakeholders, ability to explain structured requirements clearly, and a motivation to learn and improve project systems.
